Refund policy

Immediate Return: Items must be returned to the courier on the spot at the time of delivery for any returns or exchanges to be valid.
Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs back to our warehouse unless the product is faulty or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return cost.

Faulty or Incorrect Products: In the event you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we offer either a full cash refund or a free exchange, based on your preference.
Important notes 

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and in cases of exchanges, additional shipping and handling costs are the buyer's responsibility.
If you wish to make an exchange, return the unused item to the courier and place a new order through our website.
